Should I take all my supplements in liquid liposomal form?
Short answer is No. Long answer is that many supplements have a high or at least adequate bioavailability in capsule, tablet or powder form, but Resveratrol does not.
Can I take Resveratrol with other longevity supplements, such as NMN?
Yes, it is a good idea to take NMN and Resveratrol together. Since the lipids in our Resveratrol are built from fat, it is a good idea to take them at the same time as the bioavailability of NMN (and many other supplements) is enhanced by combining it with intake of fat.
