We're a Member of 1% for the Planet

IDUN Life has been a member of 1% for the Planet since we started. That means we give 1% of our annual sales, not just our profits, to approved environmental nonprofits.

What 1% for the Planet is

1% for the Planet was founded in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, founder of Blue Ribbon Flies. Member businesses commit to giving 1% of gross annual sales to environmental organisations the network has vetted. Each year, 1% for the Planet checks that members have actually given what they committed.

Basing the commitment on sales rather than profit is deliberate. Every sale counts, whether or not the business made money that year.

Why we joined

We're a small business, but we believe in collective impact: if everyone does their bit, it adds up. Joining when we founded IDUN Life meant the commitment was built in from our very first sale.

What it means when you order

Every order, whether it's Liposomal Resveratrol, Spermidine or TMG, counts towards our yearly commitment. You don't pay anything extra.
